CHICKEN CHOWMEIN

Ingrediants:
  1. Chicken Boneless---1/2 kg.square shape cutting. 
  2. Noodles------------1/2 Packet.
  3. Garlic Paste---------1 tsp.
  4. White pepper powder---1/2 tsp.
  5. Black pepper powder----1/2 tsp.
  6.  Soya sauce----------3 tbsp.
  7. White vinegar------------2tbsp.
  8. Ketch up ---------------- 4 tbsp.
  9.  Capsicum--------------3 ,cut into small pieces.
  10.  Green Onion leaves--  1cup,cut into small pieces.
  11. Carrot crushed---------------  2
  12.  Cabbage crushed ----------------1small
  13. Salt 
  14. Oil ------------------  4 tbsp.
METHOD,
MARINATION.
  1. Take a bowl put the chicken with soya sauce ,white vinegar , leave for half an hour.
NOODLES COOKING :
  1. Take a large wok ,boil a lot of water on high flame.
  2. After boiled , add Noodles with 1tbsp OIL .
  3. Cook on high flame .
  4. When Noodles becomes tender ,after about 7 to 9 minutes.
  5. Strain all the Noodles by strainer .
  6. Wash the Noodles with the  cold water .
  7. Keep aside and add 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp.of salt .tossing and mix well by hand.
FRYING :
  1. Take a large vessel (karahi) ,heat 4 tbsp oil and keep the flame lower.
  2. Add Garlic paste ,fry for 1 minute on low heat.
  3. Add the chicken square shapes stir and cook for 10 minute.Add 1/2 tsp salt.till the water  dry.
  4. Add Carrot , Cabbage , Green onion  and Capsicum.Cook for 1 minute on high flame.Mix well .
  5. Now add White pepper and Black pepper powder .Add Tomato Ketchup.
  6. Add Noodles and mix well all things and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Noddles are ready for serving.
