RAMADAN, HEALTHY EATING HABITS .

I would like to share with you useful advice on how to avoid some common problems encountered in Ramadan.If you followed it, would enable one to fast comfortably and enjoy fully spiritual benefits of
Ramadan.

  1. Eat more raw foods such as salads, vegetable juices and steamed vegetables.
  2. Avoid fried foods and a lot of suger laden drinks , and limit sweets such as cookies ,cakes ,etc.
  3. Try not to eat too quickly when breaking your fast (roza) .Eat in small quantities.
  4. Always include water in your diet and limit your intake of caffeine-containing beverages.
  5. Be sure your water and fluid intake is always enough.
  6. Try to ensure 30-45 minutes exercise a day and be active always.
