1. File Tab آ پ کے  Documents کی تفصیل کو بتا تا ہے -
2. جیسے آ پ کو ا پنی File کو کہا ں save کر نا ہے -
3. جیسے آ پ کو ا پنی File کو کس نا م سے  ا و ر کہا ں save as کر نا ہے -
4. آ پ کو File کہا ں سے کھو لںی Open کر نی ہے -یا کوئی دوسری فایل کھا ں سے کھولنی ھو -
5. File کو Close بھی یہاں سے کرتے ہیں -
6. پرینٹنگ Printing سے متعلق page  کی  تر تیب setting  بھی یہاں دی هو تی ہے -
