November 2009 when DHA announced the launch of DHA city there was a lot less enthusiasm
and many chose to not to participate for series reasons and quickly realized what an opportunity
they have missed and regretted more once they see the price now plus the popularity of the project.
I personally think the intensity of enthusiasm in BT is related to wrong decision about DHA city and
every seeing and believing that they participate. Regardless who is the sponsor of the project the is huge
demand for real estate in Karachi and there are not much to offer till lately. I was reading a research about
the need for real estate in Karachi and according to that research Karachi need at least 6 more projects like
DHA city within 10 years to meet the housing demand. Karachi has the highest number of 'Millennials' and that
is group that need housing. I encourage the commotion and investment. This is good for the country and for
the city.
