CHICKEN CHOWMEIN
CHICKEN CHOWMEIN
Ingrediants:
MARINATION.
NOODLES COOKING :Ingrediants:
- Chicken Boneless---1/2 kg.square shape cutting.
- Noodles------------1/2 Packet.
- Garlic Paste---------1 tsp.
- White pepper powder---1/2 tsp.
- Black pepper powder----1/2 tsp.
- Soya sauce----------3 tbsp.
- White vinegar------------2tbsp.
- Ketch up ---------------- 4 tbsp.
- Capsicum--------------3 ,cut into small pieces.
- Green Onion leaves-- 1cup,cut into small pieces.
- Carrot crushed--------------- 2
- Cabbage crushed ----------------1small
- Salt
- Oil ------------------ 4 tbsp.
MARINATION.
- Take a bowl put the chicken with soya sauce ,white vinegar , leave for half an hour.
- Take a large wok ,boil a lot of water on high flame.
- After boiled , add Noodles with 1tbsp OIL .
- Cook on high flame .
- When Noodles becomes tender ,after about 7 to 9 minutes.
- Strain all the Noodles by strainer .
- Wash the Noodles with the cold water .
- Keep aside and add 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp.of salt .tossing and mix well by hand.
- Take a large vessel (karahi) ,heat 4 tbsp oil and keep the flame lower.
- Add Garlic paste ,fry for 1 minute on low heat.
- Add the chicken square shapes stir and cook for 10 minute.Add 1/2 tsp salt.till the water dry.
- Add Carrot , Cabbage , Green onion and Capsicum.Cook for 1 minute on high flame.Mix well .
- Now add White pepper and Black pepper powder .Add Tomato Ketchup.
- Add Noodles and mix well all things and cook for 1 minute.
- Noddles are ready for serving.

- لہسن ا و ر ا د ر ک کا پیسٹ ------- 1چا ے کا چمچ
- کا لی مر چ پسی ھو ئی -------------1چا ے کا چمچ
- کٹی ھو ئی لا ل مر چ --------------1چا ے کا چمچ
- نمک ----------------------------- آ د ھا چا ے کا چمچ
- میو نیز ---------------------------2کھا نے کے چمچ (یا ١سا شے )
- کا ر ن فلو ر ( بھٹنے کا آ ٹا )-------------------- 2 کھا نے کا چمچ
- سر کا ----------------------------------2 کھا نے کے چمچ
- ر و ز میر ی ---------------------------- آ د ھا چا ے کا چمچ
- اور یگا ںو ------------------------------ آ د ھا چا ے کا چمچ

طر یقہ :
- ا یک ڈ و نگے میں لہسن ا و ر ا د ر ک کا پیسٹ ، کا لی مرچ پسی ھو ئی ، کٹی ھو ئی لا ل مر چ ، نمک ، میو نیز ، سر کا ، ر و ز میر ی ، اور یگا ںو، کو ا چھی طر ح چمچ سے ملا ئیں -
- ا ب ڈ و نگے وا لے آ میز ے میں 6 مر غی کی ر ا نیں ڈ ا ل کر مکس کر یں -30 منٹ کے لیے چھو ڑ د یں -
- فر ا ئی پین میں تھو ڑ ا سا تیل ( 2 کھا نے کے چمچ ) لے کر مر غی کو 20 منٹ کم آ نچ پر پکا ئیں -جب تک ا س کا پا نی سو کھ جا ے -
- فر ا ئی پین سے نکا ل کر ٹھنڈ ا کر لیں -
- ا یک پیا لے میں 2 ا نڈ ے پھنٹین کا نٹے سے ا چھی طر ح -اس میں مر غی کو ڈ بو ئیں ا چھی طر ح -
- د و سر ے پیا لے میں کا ر ن فلو ر لیں -ا ب مر غی کو اس میں ا چھی طر ح ملا ئیں -
- ا یک پیا لے میں سفید ڈ بل ر و ٹی کا چورا لیں -مر غی کو ا س میں ڈ ا لیں ا و ر لگا ئیں -
- فرائی پین میں ز یا د ہ تیل لے کر د ر میا ںی آ نچ پر تیل گر م کر یں -
- د ر میا ںی آ نچ پر تیل گر م کر کے مر غی کو پکا ئیں جب تک و ھ گو لڈ ن هو -
- چٹنی کے سا تھ کھا ئیں -

MURREE
MURREE
The British often reffered the Murree as "THE QUEEN OF HILLS".Located in the North west of Himalaya.
Murree was the summer capital of the British Raj. in the Punjab province.
Its basically a hill station and summer resort.I was went there at about early 90's.I did captured the pleasure moment in my still camera.

VEGETABLE FRIED RICE
VEGETABLE FRIED RICE
- Rice - 2 cups,
- Oil - 3 tbsp,
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp.
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp.
- White pepper powder- 1/4 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 tsp. Finely chopped,
- Cabbage - 100gm Finely chopped,
- Spring Onion - 2 Finely chopped,
- Carrot - 2 Finely chopped ,
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces finely chopped.
METHOD
- Note:Before Cooking.Wash and soak the rice in enough water for half an hour.and drain.keep aside.
- Boil a plenty of water add Rice , salt 1 tsp.and oil 1 tbsp.
- Cook and Keep uncovered the boiled water ,Cook the rice till tender ,on low heat,it takes about 7-9 minutes.
- Note:Take care not to overcook the Rice,each grain of rice should be separate.
- When Rice is done ,drain it and add some cold water and drain again using a large seive and set aside.
- Heat oil in kadhahi in large pan and add Garlic paste ,stir fry all the chopped vegetables.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes.Add Soya sauce .
- Note:Take care that vegetables are not overdone ,they should be crisp.
- Just sprinkle the salt and black pepper and White pepper powder.
- Add the cooked Rice in fried vegetables and mix well.
- Cover the Rice and Cook the chinese rice for 3-4 minutes and serve hot.

Badshahi masjid is also called Royal Mosque in Lahore. The second largest mosque in Pakistan.Was build by 6th Mughal emperor AURANGZEB from 1671 to 1673.I was captured this masjid view by my still camera in early 90's.
